Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both. You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose a specific grind size tailored for Espresso, V60/Filter, or Cafetiere at checkout.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
