At 200 Degrees Coffee, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans due to their perishable nature, we offer a 30-day return window for all brewing equipment and merchandise.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase; please note that coffee beans and grounds are non-returnable.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the package with your authorization number.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
